Photography

A collection of images shot on DSLR, Google Pixel 3, and Fuji Film cameras. For each image there is a specific event or memory associated with them which will be captioned. Through photography I am able to capture important moments that go along with the articles and creative writing that I create and adds another element on top of the writing itself. I’ve always loved taking pictures even though I’m always still learning new techniques!

Taken on Nikon DSLR. I stared into my own eyes in the view-binder. Assessing myself to see how tired I was and if I could stand to keep my eyes open any longer as the sun rose up above the water.

Taken on Nikon DSLR. The streets of Pembroke, ON were completely vacant on a Saturday morning at 6:50AM. The sun shone just brightly enough to illuminate the flowers sitting on the front of Kerry’s restaurant.

Taken at the beginning of July. My sister asked me to take pictures of her but every single one had been too staged. I hid my camera from her but then someone tossed her in the water and her face light up when she resurfaced.

Every Saturday morning I would go to the park situated across the street from my house. It was a routine I had gotten used to and the fence became a barrier separating me from everything else.
